2 Choose a client (real or hypothetical) who is working on a measurable academic goal (e.g., completing homework on time, participating in class discussions, or organizing materials). Observe and record the student's current behavior for one week (e.g., number of assignments turned in on time, frequency of class participation, daily organization scores). Based on the data, predict future behavior (e.g., which subjects are likely to have late assignments, what times of day participation is lowest). Design and implement an intervention to change the behavior (e.g., providing specific praise for participation, using a homework completion checklist). Monitor whether the behavior changes as a result of your intervention.
